Peaceful Community with Beach Club located on San Francisco Beach. The beach club includes swimming pool, tennis court and a small water slide pool. Beach club is open from March to November. Beach access open all year round. Wide space in the complex to park a boat or yet sky.

- Green area in front of the villa (Charcoal BBQ Grill)
- No ocean view from the villas
- Located two minutes walking to the beach. * Air Conditioned Full house( for summer).
- Portable heater, Washer & Dryer, Beach chairs, Linens. Please bring Towels and Beach towels.
- Constructed on January/1993. 1000 sqft. Of construction in one level.
- Maximum capacity: 7 people.

Address: Villa Querobabi #33, Fraccionamiento Villa Marfil(champ's) Km 7.5 del Boulevard Manlio F. Beltrones. Once you enter the complex, Villa # 25 located in the third section of the left side of the complex.

Summer April, May & September
- $120 usd/nt minimum 2 nights
- $600 usd/week ( 30% discount in additional week)
- $1,400 usd/ month
March, June, July & August
- $140 usd/nt minimum 2 nights
- $700 usd/week
- $2500 usd/month March can only be rented on a weekly basis
Winter (October - Febraury)
- $100 usd/nt minimum 3 nights
- $500 usd/week (50% discount in additional week)
- $850 usd/ month (2 or more months can be negotiated)
Notes:
Rates could have a 50% surcharge during holidays.
For reservations a 50% down payment is required. |
