We have been on the vacation rental business since 1997. We started renting our own properties, soon after, we realized that we had to give our customers a wide range of options to choose. So, in 2001, we started to manage other's people property, beach front houses, 3 bedroom houses, ocean view condos and more. Always taking good care of sourcing the same maintenance standards that we have in our own properties.

Our mission is to provide vacation rentals to people that enjoy to travel or to live in San Carlos. We focus very much to provide a clean and well maintained property, fully equipped and ready to move in. Is like having your own beach house in San Carlos but without the maintenance and bill's paying worries

We provide of linens and cookware in all the properties, except for towels. The properties can be rent for a minimum of 2 days. We give special rates for weekly and monthly rentals. We appreciate your interest in our properties and we are sure that you will enjoy your vacation staying with us. It will be a pleasure to host you and assist you, over and over again, every time you come to San Carlos.
