This complex is located at the main street, at the beginning of San Carlos. Only 200 yards walking you will find San Francisco Beach (long sandy beach). In this community live local people 12 months a year, different to other communities that only use the villas for vacation. If you would like to meet local people and learn to speak Spanish fast, this is the best location to live. It is only 5 minutes driving to town.

- $50 usd/nt minimum 3 nights
- $300 usd/week
- $450 usd/ month (2 or more months can be negotiated)
Notes Rates could have a 50% surcharge during holidays. For reservations a 50% down payment is required. |
